A soft tape measure and two minutes is all it takes. Measure over bare skin or a thin layer — never over bulky clothing.

How tall you are, without shoes. Each measurement can be in cm or inches.

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keep it level, arms relaxed.

Measure around the narrowest point of your torso, just above your navel.
